Kindergarten Dual Language Teacher-Aid

On February 20, 2019, it will be one year that Judith has worked at Namaste and it has been a year filled with joy! She is currently enrolled at Richard J. Daley Community College and will soon graduate with an Associates in Early Childhood. Born and raised in Chicago and proud to be Mexican and Honduran, she is also a mother of three children - an 11-year-old boy, a 9-year-old girl, and a 2-year-old boy. During my free time I like to draw, play board games and watch movies.

Who do you admire most and why?

I admire my sister for showing me love and support since I was born. She is like my second mother! Her love and support that she gives to the family is truly unconditional love.

What is a mantra you strive to live by?

Tomorrow is another day.

What are you passionate about?

Art is my passion! From crayons to paint brushes, I do it to express my feelings and creativity.

Who was your favorite teacher and why?

My favorite teacher was in my 5th grade teacher Sister Michelle. She was not only there for the class but also the families. She let us express and explore all while having fun with learning!

My favorite thing about working at Namaste Charter School is...

That everyone is friendly! Being a Teacher Assistant in the Kindergarten Dual Language room is an honor.
