Thank you to our students, parents, staff and supporters for ensuring an amazing, successful school year.
Our exciting end-of-year celebrations included promotion ceremony and Field Day, generously sponsored by Bulley & Andrews, LLC general contractors. Check out our celebration photos on Namaste's Flickr page!
May 2011 - We were delighted to host the Emmy award-winning "The Doctors" television show crew, including Dr. Lisa and Dr. Sears, for a day at Namaste! They were thrilled to see movement breaks in class, delicious and nutritious school meals, Peaceful People instruction and lots of physical activity throughout the day. Dr. Sears predicted Namaste could solve the health care crisis!
What if...?
This wonderful video explores "what if..." there was an urban public school
that taught children critical conflict resolution skills, provided 60 minutes of Physical Education daily and served nutritious meals? Thank you to Andrew Jenkins and Scot Roskelley for producing this amazing piece and helping to spread Namaste's important work!
