Position: Character Education and Physical Education teacher
Favorite Movie: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Best Part of Working at Namaste: Namaste is the only place I know of where I could do the work I am doing. I love the holistic philosophy of education and the emphasis placed on the mind-body connection.
Favorite Place to Travel: Anywhere I haven't been before.
Favorite Subject to Teach: I love both my roles at the school!!!
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: looking for another way to work at Namaste!

Position: 1st Grade Teacher
Favorite Movie: Great Expectations, Shop Girl
Best Part of Working at Namaste: Everything is so new! The kids have such amazing stories and they learn so quickly. I love the teachers at Namaste and the goal to teach these kids and families to be positive, healthy, and peaceful.
Favorite Place to Travel: I love the different parts of Spain and England
Favorite Subject to Teach: Anytime we get to sing or read a poem.
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: Traveling around different countries until I was completely fluent in French, Italian, and Portuguese as well as Spanish.

Best Part of Working at Namaste: I love to work at Namaste because it gives me the opportunity to work with children and the great community has been a bonus.

Best Part of Working at Namaste: The best part of working at Namaste is being able to teach movement yoga and a healthy philosophy. This job was something that I only dreamed exist. I learned about this school while living in Montana and moved half way across the nation to pursue my true passion and dream. This is the only school that could honestly be called Namaste!
Favorite Place to Travel: any island, anywhere!
Favorite Subject to Teach: PE, of course! Who doesn't love to move, shake, and play?
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: training horses, traveling the world, and creating art with the love of my life

Best Part of Working at Namaste: I love working with such enthusiastic colleagues at a school that strives to meet the emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of its students.
Favorite Place to Travel: Anywhere with lots of sun!
Favorite Subject to Teach: Reading centers
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: very sad!

Position: 2nd Grade Dual Language Teacher

Best Part of Working at Namaste: Is that I get to work, share and exchange ideas with a co-teacher. I also enjoy the closeness of a small staff.
Favorite Place to Travel: Anywhere warm and sunny with a beach.
Favorite Subject to Teach: Morning, Writing Workshop, because I get a chance to see the kids creative side and learn a little more about each one of them.
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: I would probably be teaching somewhere else.

Best Part of Working at Namaste: Seeing the smiling faces of the staff and students!
Favorite Place to Travel: Puerto Vallarta/ Naples, FLA.
Favorite Subject to Teach: Reading! Reading! Reading!
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: Trying to teach at Namaste or on a tropical private island!

Best Part of Working at Namaste: The fantastic staff and the lovable children
Favorite Place to Travel: In the winter, anywhere with lots of sun and a beach
Favorite Subject to Teach: Small reading group time
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: traveling

Favorite Movie: Cidade de Dues - City of God
Best Part of Working at Namaste: The students are great, the teachers are wonderful and me the administration is amazing! I love my job!
Favorite Place to Travel: Brazil, the Pacific, anywhere!
Favorite Subject to Teach: Everyday is different, it's hard to choose. I think I'd have to say morning movement.
If I Were Not Teaching I Would Be: In Brazil, or in grad school (having less fun.)
